Amber Bean serves as Executive Assistant to Paul Allen, President and CEO of Wealth Strategies Partners, where she supports executive leadership through client communications, scheduling coordination, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and administrative support across the firm.

Known for her strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism, Amber plays an integral role in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal team members. She works closely with leadership on meeting coordination, travel logistics, conference preparation, and administrative operations, helping maintain the high-touch, white glove service standard the firm is known for.

Amber graduated from Rollins College in 2024 and currently resides in Sarasota, Florida with her family. Originally from Wisconsin, she comes from a New England-rooted family and is a longtime Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys traveling throughout Florida, visiting the state’s natural springs, spending time at Disney, and exploring new experiences with family and friends.
