Linda Shelton brings a distinguished track record of Entrepreneurial Leadership, Real Estate, Land Development, Conservation, Philanthropy and strategic vision to her role as Chairman of Wealth Strategies Partners.

A Philadelphia native, Linda launched her career in the competitive Main Line real estate market, where she quickly rose to national recognition—earning the top relocation referral volume in the country within the Gallery of Homes network by age 24. She later advanced to Realty World Northeast, overseeing operations across more than 100 offices and developing a relocation marketing program that was adopted nationwide. By 28, she was named Director of Operations for PA, DE, NY and NJ.

At 30, Linda shifted her focus to Real Estate Development, building one of the first and most successful female-owned Land Development and Construction firms in suburban Philadelphia. She hosted a TV program “Building Together” and was twice featured on HGTV’s “This Old House”. Her projects and owned assets have exceeded $425 million in combined values.

She divides her time between Philadelphia, Sarasota, Nashville and London and remains a committed advocate for the advancement of women entrepreneurs, specifically developing and implementing programs for Young Women in multiple emerging markets.
